The City Clerk reported that no written com- m ents or protests filed. Under'oral comments,..City Manager Robert Meyer- explained Councilman Daly that the work to be done the.developer with regard to remov- ing the protruding curb ,.etc., from the City's right-of-'wa'y at,the En co Service._Station site on South McDowelil is guaranteed'by the bonds posted, at ts- he'time the Subdivision- Ag "reement was:executed and that it is unneces sary,to delay the abandonment until such removal is accomplished.
