Council Meeting Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma was - called to order by Mayor Putnam at the hour of 7:.40 o'clock p.m. Attendance Present:. Councilmen Brunner, Cavanagh, Jr., Daly,'Mattei, Perry, Jr., and Mayor Putnam. Absent: .Councilman,Clecak. Invocation The invocation was given by the Reverend Paul Stank'eivicz, St. James 'Church.
