Council Meeting Regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Petaluma was - called to order by Mayor Putnam
at the hour of 7:.40 o'clock p.m.
Attendance Present:. Councilmen Brunner, Cavanagh, Jr.,
Daly,'Mattei, Perry, Jr., and Mayor
Putnam.
Absent: .Councilman,Clecak.
Invocation The invocation was given by the Reverend Paul
Stank'eivicz, St. James 'Church.
Approval of Minutes Minutes of January 15, 1973, and January 29,
1973, were approved as recorded.
CONSENT. Following explanation by Mr. Herman Zelles of
` Stone and Youngberg; Bond Counsel, that legisla-
tion tinder Agenda Item #5 provides-for refunding
procedure of the 1.970 Municipal Improvement
, Bonds and . calls' •for proposals. on the sale of
bonds on Monday,,March 5,, -1973. A motion was
made by Councilman Brunner and seconded by
Councilman-Perry, Jr.., adopting Agenda Items
#1 through #5,,on• the Consent Calendar. Motion
carried unanimously.

a new 4- lane, Dumbarton Bridge was authorized

February 21, 1913, the State Comprehensive
Health*Council. ll hold a hear,ing.oh.whether

matter _ of; hospital services. He ,noted that as
long as, Petaluma r,enains - in .the Sonoma. Valley
area; the Ci.ty.will not be permitted any addi-
tional hospi.tal.beds for some time to come.
