Regular meeting of Council of the City of Petaluma was called to order by Mayor Putnam at the hour of 7:30 o.'clock p.m. Present: Councilmen •,Brunner,_ *Cavanagh, Jr., Clecak,'Da -1y, Mattei, Perry, Jr., and Mayor Putnam.
