Planning Director McGivern presented a location - map of the three -acre subdivision located be- tween Schuman Lane and West Street for a proposed single- family residential development. -He re- viewed certain particulars regarding the condi- tions of approval and stated that Mr. Nunn, developer of the subject subdivision, has pro - posed a lesser width for the private street.
