Council Meeting Regular meeting of.the City Council of the City of Petaluma was called to order by Mayor Putnam at the hour 7:30 p.m. Attendance Present: Councilmen Brunner, Cavanagh,.Jr., Daly,,.Harberson, Mattei, *Perry, Jr., and.Mayor Putnam.
