Directo.r,'of Public Works-David A. Young expressed concern:.regar'ding the potential problems involved in pl�a6ing.a loading zone in a traffic lane on a- four- lame street such as this. He also ques- ° tioned the City's'jiability if an accident occurred involving a : truck . parked , in a traffic lane. Many possible solutions to the unloading problem were discussed. It was .fiha suggested that a loading zone.for the delivery trucks be placed on Howard Street and the.furniture carried,to the warehouse.
