BE IT RESOLVED that the Crocker National Bank be, and it is„
hereby selected as a depository of the funds of the Petaluma Com-
mun:ty Development Cornmission, and. that checks, warrants or drafts
withdrawing said -funds must be signed by any two of the following
persons:

BE IT FURTHER RE.S'OLVED that, the Crocker National Banlc is
authorized to honor and pay any anal all checks, warrants, and
drafts of this Commission signed as provided herein, whether
or not payable. -to then person or persons signing them; and that
checks, drafts, bills o;f exchange, and other evidence of in-
debtedness may be endorsed for deposit to the account of this
Co,-rw;ission by any of the foregoing or by another- other employee
jai-th or- without the designation of- the person endorsing.
E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority hereby confer_rec~.
shall remain in force until written notice of the revocation there-
of }Jy -the Petaluma Community Development Commission shall have been
received b:y said. depos-tort' at the office at which the account i
kept; and that the certification of the Director or the Deputy
Director 'as to the continuing authority of this resolution and
the persons.: authorized to sign and their signatures shall be bind-
ing upon this Cornmission..
