In suit- - mary, he asked.for justification of the use of such equipment. He felt that from- in,for -' mation' received, on computers, such an item would .be u,seles's spending .o.f'. taxpayers' dol— lars. A poll of the Council resulted: in majority, consensus for the .installation of the equipment.
