OF CITY COUNCIL PETALUMA•, CALIFORNIA May 3, - Council Meeting Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma was called to order by Mayor Putnam at the hour of 7:30 - o'clock p.m. Attendance Present: Councilmen Brainerd, *Cavanagh, Jr., Daly;- Mattei, and Mayor Putnam.
