The City Clerk was.asked:.to remind the Council to approach the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors' for assistance in locating spoils sites whenever dredging is done in the unincorporated area in. the future._ Bicycle Ordinance' Police Chief Larry. - Higgins explained to Amendment - the Council that the - proposed Bicycle Ord. #1025 N.C.S. Ordinance amendment covers a moratorium on. bicycle license .fees for a period . two weeks so as _.' to , registration and licensing -of bicycles in an effort to reduce•bicycle•.thefts in the City.
