Gary Gard, First Presbyterian Church (Items 1 - 7 ) The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar.
