The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed
by the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a
member of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the
item and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The
Mayor shall then reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on
this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with Warren,
McVeigh & Griffen to perform a Risk Assessment
3. Resolution accepting completion of Sunrise Park improvements and
authorizing City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion
4. Resolution setting forth procedures for allocation of Home
Mortgage Revenue Bonds monies
5. Resolution authorizing execution of necessary documents to issue
