CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1 - 5
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a
member of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item
and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor
shall then reschedule it in any order he deems appropriate on this
agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Adopt Ord. 1515 amending cable television franchise rate
3. Adopt Ord. 1517 amending flood plain regulations
4. Resolution declaring item surplus and authorizing sale of same
5. Adopt Ord. 1519 clarifying language relating to condominium
conversion regulations
