The following iters which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a
member of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item
and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor
shall then reschedule it in any ordor, he deems appropriate on this
agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Adopt Ord. 1513 amending Special. Parking Permits for A Street
Parking lot - making fee $20.00/month ,
3. Adopt Ord. 3,514 authorizing amendment to Public Employees
Retirement System contract
4. Resolution approving execution of Consent to Common Use Agreement
with Pacific Gas and Electric Company for area used by Water Dept.
