The following items 'which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by
the City council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a
member of the City Council or audience has a question regarding the item
and asks that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor
shall then reschedule it in anyorderhe deems appropriate on this
agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills
2. Resolution establishing official newspaper and rates for legal
advertising
3. Adopt ordinance 1512 NCS amending School Impact Fees for exemption
.of payments of fees for school facilities for certain senior
housing
4. Introduce ordinance setting rates for permit parking in A Street
lot
5. Resolution authorizing execution of agreement with Fourth District
Agricultural Association for security at the fair

7. Introduce ordinance authorizing an amendment to contract between
