CONSENT CALENDAR (Items 1 8)
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the
City Council and staff will be enacted by one motion, unless a member of the
City Council or audience has a question regarding a particular item and asks
that it be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule
it in any order he deems appropriate on this agenda.
1. Resolution approving claims and bills.
2. Adopt Ord. 1498 authorizing purchase of property
3. Adopt Ord. 1499 rezoning Duffel subdivision (Ely Road at Frates Road)
from study to Planned Unit Development
4. Resolution adopting Duffel Development Plan
5. Adopt Ord, 1500 amending sidewalk sales regulations
6. Adopt Ord. 1501 regarding timing for filing final maps
7. Resolution cancelling taxes on property acquired by the City
8. Resolution declaring items surplus and authorizing sale of same (scrap metal)
