MOTION: Approve Resolution 2005-088 N.C.S. Rescinding Resolution 2005-
080 N.C.S. and Authorizing the Purchase of Two (2) 2005 Ford Explorer Mid -
Size Sport Utility Vehicles from Henry Curtis Ford, Petaluma in the Amount
of $45,023.05.
Moved by Mike O'Brien, seconded by Mike Harris.

that organization's Marching Band Competition, held each October.
Alison Marks, Petaluma Arts Council, spoke about references to "seed
money."

"scolded" Cinnabar without cause, and did not acknowledge the
organization's fund-raising efforts.
