commissions should communicate more with the committees to find out
about possible issues.
David Keller, Petaluma, about "daring to think for yourself." Tonight's
decision is about standards Council sets for members of committees,
employees, etc. What message would Council send to the community?
Geoff Cartwright, Petaluma, spoke on the City's difficulty in filling positions
on committees and urged Council to vote no on motion.
