Mr. Ron Simp- kins of MacKay & Somps briefly reviewed the loc ation of the-area Council infor- mation: The-re. oral protests whereupon the hearing was declared closed. Mr. Ybung,-added that the policy was amended_by'the Planning Commission to include that sidewalks be' required on-'any collector street, :pointing. out 'that Schuman Lane is a collector `street. Joseph: Brazill appeared before the-Council in support of the appeal •claiming.th�at..improvements would depre- .,ci and destroy the rural atmos- .phere'of :the - neighborhodd.
