Vice Mayor Barrett opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political topics.
Gabriela Orontes, Littlewoods Mobile Homes, Petaluma, in support of Council adopting an
urgency ordinance prohibiting rental housing price gouging.
Christopher Brown, Resident, Littlewoods Mobile Home Park, in support of Council adopting an
urgency ordinance prohibiting rental housing price gouging.
Katherine Bobrowski, Resident, Littlewoods Mobile Home Park, in support of Council adopting an
urgency ordinance prohibiting rental housing price gouging.
Dennis Pocekay, Petaluma, in support of Council adopting an urgency ordinance prohibiting
rental housing price gouging.
Kamala Brown, Petaluma, spoke regarding Lake County, which adopted an urgency ordinance
prohibiting rental housing price gouging.
Zahyra Garcia, Petaluma, in support of Council adopting an urgency ordinance prohibiting

Carol Crabhill, Petaluma, in support of Council adopting an urgency ordinance prohibiting
rental housing price gouging.
Gabriel Ortiz, Resident, Littlewoods Mobile Home Park, spoke about horrible conditions at the
park, and in support of Council adopting an urgency ordinance prohibiting rental housing price
gouging.
Christine Sheeter, Petaluma, lives in Brewster Oak Hill Historic Neighborhood District where traffic
has increased and is dangerous. She has petition with 150 signatures and ideas on how to
decrease traffic.
Patrick Munday, Indivisible Petaluma, in support of Council adopting an urgency ordinance
prohibiting rental housing price gouging.
