Council Meeting Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma called to
order by - Mayor Helen Putnam at the hour of 7:3 0 o'clock 0. m.
Attendance Present: Councilmen Brainerd, /Colin, Gans, Joerger, and Mayor
Putnam. Cavanagh, Jr.
Absent: Councilman Lipman.
Invocation The invocat-lon'was given by Reverend Richard Wilcox, The United
Church of Christ.
