Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke in opposition of FEMA in Petaluma.
Mayor Glass
Yvette Henry, Petaluma, spoke about flooding in her home on Rocca Drive and requested
the Army Corps or FEMA look into the flood maps.
Mayor Glass
Zen Destiny, Petaluma, spoke of his desire that the public be allowed to speak on
presentations.
Richard Giddings, Petaluma, spoke of his concerns with runoff and its effects on the FEMA
maps.
John Cheney, Petaluma, spoke about the lack of ability to drain runoff and his displeasure
with the current plan. He also spoke about his desire for a pump station to deal with the
runoff.
Doug Millar, Petaluma, discussed the idea that FEMA was created by the CIA and drug
money.

Richard Brawn, Petaluma, spoke on his need for more information on the Westridge Knolls LAD.
Zen Destiny, Petaluma, spoke against renewing the Sonoma -Main Fair's lease, and asked the
Council to manage the property themselves rather than contract it out.
Alden Hennings, Petaluma, spoke about his concerns with the number of street lights that need
to be replaced.
Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke about problems at the mobile home park where she lives.
Doug Millar, Petaluma, spoke about his investigative work with children.
