Motion: Approve direction to staff to conduct informal polling regarding the
possibility of a sales tax measure on the November ballot, including the question
of percentage, sunset clause, and what effect such a measure would have on
voters' vote on the parcel tax initiative to fund parks and recreation facilities and
programs that has already qualified for the ballot. This item is to return at the July
16, 2012 Council Meeting for further discussion.
Moved by Tiffany Ren6e, seconded by Teresa Barrett.
