ROLL CALL: Present :.Councilmen Crinella, Van Bebbe.r 'and Mayor Absent: None. INVOCATION: Ellis, Gustafson, King, Matzen Parent: Invocation was given by Reverend Lorne ,J, Mee, Methodist Church. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes from the meeting of October 20y 1958, were approved as record. Councilman Van Bebbpr stated that he had heard there was a movement underway to eliminate the restriction on gasoline tankers on the Richmond - San Rafael `Bridge, which he felt - might seriously 'affect the distribution of gaso -Tie in' the - Petaluma .area. He suggested that the Council look into this matter to find out why the situation .should be changed now.
