Minutes from, the meeting of July 1., 1959, were -approved as recorded. CONSIDERATION OF UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Water Revenue Bonds,.,- Res Approving Qfficial, Statement Contents of the prbpo — R_ es. Statement were discussed by the t Council, Questions the Council., concerning the various funds, etc. , were answered by the City Attorney, Discussion was held in connection with the use of words, "operate" or "direct. ",-- rather than ."advise", in the second .sentence of the last paragraph under the heading of '.D-e Enterpri.se General, Description. City, Attorney Robert stated that in his opinion,. ' the words "operate" or "direct" could not be used in - the subject sentence ,in the Official Statement without a charter amendment, inasmuch as the basic duties of th&Water Commissi'on will 'be to advise the Council. - Dur Og - further --d ' iscuss,ion, the following changes were directed to be made in the Official, Statement (1) Under.
