CONSIDERATION OF BIDS., West Payran St. Drainage Improvement Report dated Oct. 17, '1960, on bid opening of Oct. 14 1960, signed by Dir,, -of Public Works, - read and filed. The report recommended acceptance of , the . only bid submitted, that of Argonaut Constructors. City Engineer Al. Roberts noted that plans '& sbecifications on the subject pro"ject were now in compliance with the wishes of the State; whereupon, Res, #2584 No. Co So introduced.. Councilman.
