ROLL CALL: Present. Councilmen Crinella, Mayor Parent. Absent- Councilman Gustafson. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Ellis, King, Matzen, Van Bebber and -Continuation of Hearing - of Sept. 6, 1,960.- Victor DeCarli Rezone Appl.
