CONSIDERATION OF BIDS: Aqueduct Connections Report of Director -o :Public Works dated August 25, 1961, re bid opening on August 24, . 1961, submitted and filed.:. It. was the recommendation of the staff that the low bid of Underground Construction Company be accepted; whereupon, Res.. #2823 N. C. S. introduced by Councilman Colin, seconded by Councilman Ellis, entitled, "RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ENTITLED, 'AQUEDUCT CONNECTIONS'.
