or on a specific agenda item.
REGULAR MEETING: Monday, April 20, 1998

PUBLIC COMMENT (15 minutes)
The City Council will hear public comments only on matters over which they have jurisdiction. There will be no
Council discussion. The Mayor will allot no more than five minutes to any individual. If more than three persons wish
to speak their time will be allotted so that the total amount of time allocated to this agenda item will be 15 minutes. If a
member of the public has a question regarding an item on the Consent Calendar it may be brought up at this time.
The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the speaker sign-up lists. Speakers will be acknowledged
by the Mayor or a Councilmember and may be asked questions for clarification. The Mayor or Councilmembers may
offer brief directives on whether or how follow -up to speakers' comments will occur, e.g., referral to a staff member.

CONSENT CALENDAR (10 minutes)
The following items which are noncontroversial and have been reviewed by the City Council and staff will be enacted
by one motion, unless a member of the City Council has a question regarding the item and asks that item be
withdrawn from the Consent Calendar. The Mayor shall then reschedule it in any order she deems appropriate on this
agenda.
1. Resolution authorizing contract with Farmers Market to operate at Walnut Park
2. Adopt Ordinance 2067 NCS regarding percussion instruments in Putnam Plaza
-1 3. Resolution approving contract with the Petaluma Swim Club for use of the Petaluma Swim Center
4. Resolution approving Mobile Housing Administration fee
5. Resolution accepting completion of Adobe Creek improvements near Sartori Channel
