THE..CALL: The call for the special meeting was read by the Deputy Clerk, °The,°.certificate of mailing and consent of'the members.of the City Council to the holding of said meeting was submitted and filed. S. introduced by Councilman .Gustafson, seconded by Councilman than Bebber. entitled, "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF LAWRENCE W. LARSON AS CITYMANAGER, adopted by 7 affirmative votes. Sonoma County Planning Director, ' addressed the Council on, she subject .matter, pointing out the route of the proposed road to the Po . Go &z Ea plant .at,.Rodega. Bay, Mr. .Prather stated that the County Engineer., together with„ other County agencies, had inyestigated: the feaszb'ility of constructing 'a road over the sand dunes.. It had,been determined through this investigation that this'�+,7' Would be unpractical if not impossible. M-r: .Prather further -stated that an easement*c.ould be granted for the proposed r?advt ay over „the tidelands -at no cost to the City or'County, and that the road Wvould b'e constructed without destroying any of the upland property and without -.attempting to go through the sand dunes; - Mro .
