To a question by Councilman `Van Bebber-, B,u.ilding.Inspec.tor Guy Smythe answered,that his department quite frequently waived the f6e on= shelving and cabinet work of a minor, nature. Mrs. Wallin remarked that these years with the City had been very interesting and pleasant. Mayor Matzen welcomed Abe Solomon to .the Council, noting that he had already delved into much of the work. Councilman Solomon thanked the Council for the confidence shown in him by this appointment and started that he hoped he could do as good a job as Councilman King.
