Planning Dire. c Bob Byrd'exp ained that this :had come about- ;a, result
of the original survey on the property having been inaccurate. Homes had,
actually been built across the property lines. Adjustments had been made on
3 parcels to allow 5' side yards, which left 'the subject parce .lackingrapprox

Recreation : Building had been used, it was- often necessary to have `the building
