Ellis, Gustafson, and Mayor Matzen, Absent: Councilmen Crinella, Solomon and Van Bebbero Assess, Dist. #6 NS (Councilman Van Bebbe:r entered the meeting at this point.) Engineer's revised estimate of cost, submitted and filed; whereupon, Res, #3077 N. C. S d< introduced by Councilman Colin, secon e by Councilman Gustafson, entitled, '!RES`OLUTION APPROVING REVISED 2ESTIMATE OF COST ,AND DIRECTING THAT DISBURSEMENTS BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH.
