SPECIAL. MUNICIPAL BOND ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY
OF, PETA LUMA ON OCTOBER, 9, 19`620
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Petaluma. duly called and ordered
held in said City a special mu'ni.cipal. bond election for the purpose of, submitting
to the qualified electors thereof -the measure hereiizafter set forth'; and '
WHEREAS, said special municipal bond election was held on "Tuesday;,
October 9,- 1962, in accordance with. law and the proceedings of said Council, "
and the votes th..reat,recei.ved and canvassed, - and the returns thereof'.ascertai-ned,
determined and declared' iii all respects as required by law; -
NOW, . THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. ' by the Council, of the City of .
Petaluma as follows:
1. That .the City Clerk of the City of Petaluma be and she is hereby'
instructed to enter this resolution on the minutes of this Council as a statement
of the result_ of said election.
20 That the whole number of votes, cast in said City at said special
municipal bond election was 2948 votes. That 6 ballots were , spoiled and
not counted,
3. That at said election the following: measure for incurring bonded '
indebtedness was submitted to the electors , of said City and that the n1im-ber

it was provided that for the purpose of said election said City of Petaluma was
divided into nine consolidated election precincts, the general state and county
election precincts into which said City is divided for general state and county
election purposes being thereby consolida:ted,. and that the number of votes
cast in each precinct for and against said measure was as follows;
