Carl"Tetersen of 815 Washington Street addressed .the Council wondering what had caused the death of several hundred fish. The- Director of"Public Works explained spring rains wash down cow manure from adjoining dairy ranches and the manure settles in the upper river basin; In'the process of decay, all the oxygen is burned up thereby causing fish to die, ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before , the Council, the meeting was - adjourned until 7030 p. m., - Monday, .
