Mayor Van Bebber.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmen Cavanagh, Jr., Colin, Ellis, Gans and Mayor
Van Bebber.
Absent:: Coucilman Brainerd.
CALL , FOR SPECIAL MEETING:
The call for special meeting; the certificate of mailing said notices of call;
and the consent of the members of the City Council to the holding of said meeting,
submitted and filed.
