Water Rights
The City Manager,was directed/to consult with Fred Bold, a,water
attorney, to determine if it,wp.uld,/be against the City's interest for
Alfred Bettman to appropriate water from Adobe Creek between October
and April. J

Vice President Ellis appointed Councilmen Brainerd and
Cavanagh, Jr. to serve with him on this Committee.

Rezone an R- 1-600,0 zone to an R- 1- .10,,000
'Mr. Rosasco addressed the Council protesting the rezoning c 'h'is
parcel on Schuman Road from an.R -1 -6000 to an R-1-100,H zone,.
It was the decision of the Council not to act at this, time,
Mr. Rosasco was directed to notify the City Manager if he wish.ed.to;.
appear before the Council at the next regular meeting when the ordin-
ance is up for adoption,
