Ellis, Jr Vice President of the Council, ROLL :CALL Present,: Councilmen Battaglia Brainerd, Cavanagh, Jro Colin and Ellis. Absent: Councilman Gans and Mayor Van Bebber, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS-. J tment of Council Committee to Vice President Ellis appointed Councilmen Brainerd and Cavanagh, Jr. to serve with him on this Committee. A Rezone an R- 1-600,0 zone to an R- 1- .10,,000 'Mr. Rosasco addressed the Council protesting the rezoning c 'h'is parcel on Schuman Road from an.R -1 -6000 to an R-1-100,H zone,.
