Water Rights
The City Manager said he_had consulted with Fred Bold about the
right to appropriate water from Adobe. Creek and Mr,, Bold felt that bem
cause of the location of this particular property and the amount of
water re,quested9 it would not affect our future water rights;.
Councilman Colin wanted this matter referred to the Water Commis -
sion-for their information,,

Napa -Petaluma Expressway
The Mayor noted that the proposed Napa =Petaluma Expressway had
not yet been approved by the Legislature,
There being no objections, the Mayor was given permission to
wr"t`e to Assemblyman William Bagley and Senator Joseph Rattigan to try
to e this matter,
ADJOURNMENT'
There.being no further business to come before the Council, the
formal meeting was -adjourned,'until 7:30 P,;M,, Monday, February 10 1964,
