S. - .Chain Link Fence - Re of B id Opening Report on bid opening on subject project dated February 7, 1964, signed by the Director of Public Works and recommending that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Anchor Post Products, Inc. ,whereupon Res. Councilman Cava agh, Jr. , seconded by ;Councilman Colin, entitled, "R'ESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE` PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ENTITLED 'FENCE AT ASSESS MENT DISTRICT,NO. 6 N. S. After a brief discussion, it was the decision of - -the Council•not- to- install a pipe and .that the matter should be referred to the Flood Control Zone .II A.
