City Manager a question why a Capta'n of 20 years service has been, transferred
to the East 'Side Station and suspended for two days without pay.
The read Section 24B of the City Charter re Powers and Duties' of the
.city Manager and suggested that :Mr. Joergor contact the -City -Manager .concerning
personnel matters,
