ROLL.CALL: Present: Councilmen- Battaglia, Brainerd, Cavanagh, - Jr. ,-Colin, -Ellis, Gans, and Mayor Van Bebber. ,Absent: None. ,INVOCATION: The invocation was given by Revokend Carl K. Young, Freewill Baptist Church. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes from the meeting of September 21, 1964, were a'p'proved a 'Y PUBLIC HEARING: Denman Annexation - No. 2 This being the time set for hearing of protest and comments on the subject annexation, .. City Clerk announced that no written, protests had been received. Mr. .A ndrew Uccelli,, property owner in the area, addressed th 6. Council regard ing the-:zon ing of his property. - The Mayor informed Mr. Uccelli that zoning procedure for the area will be initiated within 30 days after completion of the annexation.
