Library Bond Election // The City Clerk reported that the official canvass of the November 3rd . electio10 which included the - Library Bond Measure, will -be acted. upon by the Board of Super- visors at its November 24th meeting, and will be referred to the.Council for confirmation of the canvass at the December 7 -th Council meeting. Councilmen Battaglia, and Cavanagh, Jr. , were appointed to serve on this Committee, City Manager Robert Meyer informed the Council that - Mr. Davis of the Chamber of Commerce had requested permission to remove the welcome signs: at the PNorth and Sough City limits.
