F'oll'owing a discussion relative to the number of si'dewa'lks there should be. on the lot, and whether there should be one-way or two-way traffic, the the City Engineer was directed to draw up tentative plans, working out what he could on the matter, particularly with a. view towards one -way traffic and, cWewalk:s on either side of the lot.. CitT Manager Report on Former Cota.ti Naval A Field City Manager Ed Frank Informed the Council that he had checked-on' the subject matter ° and learned that the-air strip is under General Services Administration and that this had all comej a through the Dept -o. of Edu.cat on.4,'s writing a, notice to various school systems on the availability of this property. The notice stated that applications for the acquisition of any of the property were to be in the Federal Office Building one or, before. Dec, 7, 1956 Mt.. Frank.
