Gibbs appeared before the, Council suggesting that a traffic'. might be made on this intersection before the Council made j heir , decision on the subject use petmit,! howeverp City Manager Ed Frank .informed Mr. Gibbs that the time element involved did not warrant this, and that. no. definite figures a.s to the traffic flow on E. Streets. Councilman King expressed his opinion of being very - much in favor of g_rg.i pi p g, the subject: ect.-use permit, and further stated that he believed all of the p roperty - .along East Washington. After some discussion regarding the fact that revenue received from this lot was progressively increasing°. it was the wish, of the Council to, n ale their decision on this matter after receiving_ the next monthly report `on revenues collected from the lot.
