Engineer .Russell Irngiam explained that any property to be used
involving work donee in the district, must be included in the district. He stated
that; the, cost to each property` owner would be based on the benefit the property
would derive from - the sewer line, Mr. Ingram further explained that there will
be$ a public hearing., before the resolution of intention. ordering the' work is put

on by various groups in ,the City as well as the 'City Council.

Mr. Dan Gordon addressed the Council requesting to know what had
happened to the Petaluma Boys' Club.
Mayor Schoeningh informed him that he believed the group had become

Councilman King requested a written opinion from .the City Attorney
on the decision he gave at a prior meeting regarding the budget.
The City Attorney was directed to submit such a written opinion to the
Council. as requested.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting
was adjourned.
