May6t Schoeningh stated that the proposed dog ordinance had been modified
somewhat i,n accordance with some of the suggestions made by various dog
or;ga niz.a rions.
Mr. Do E. Cav leer addressed the Council answering various questions
by ;thE- .•Coun.cil regarding the proposed new ordina.ncea and stating that the
or d1hance now before the Council diad . meet with the 'approval of the Sonoma
County Humane Officer.
Following discussion as to the new license fee set forth in the ordinance,
and at the request of Councilman Crinell.a,, the proposed ordinance was
or k-.r d' to be put on the agenda for the next regular meeting, allowing time for
further study of same by the Council.

Discussion took' place: relative t' the Health Officer's power, under the
pr dposed ordinance, to close down a business in Violation of the ordinance at
his discretion, and the holding of public hearings on such matters.
The ordinance was held over until the next regular meeting.

'on i.�rban. renewal,' "if possible, and report back to the Council`."
