Removing the geographical reference limiting on-site requirements to only parcels located within a half -mile radius of an existing or planned SMART rail station and instead make the policy citywide, is also recommended. Recommendations - continued 3) Increase the Commercial Linkage Fee to be comparable to Sonoma County's current fee. 4) New In Lieu fees to go into effect after receiving approval from HCD and the City council adopting the change by resolution.
