Gladys Wallin at Cberk's meeting held "this morning, read and filed. Mr....' Pearson's report stated that the, low bid of Morro Underground Construction . Company of San Rafael in the' amount of $30, 030. 95 Would result in, d- savings to the District of approximately $7, 500. from the original estimated Project cost. The subject report contained the recommendation that the C'oun.cil' consider a .lease arrangement for parking meters to be installed on the Vonsen estate property adjacent; to the Keller. St. parking lot; and further, that the ' Keller St lot be changed ,:from 2 -hour parking to 4 parking.
