Engineer accordingly. It was noted that there would be no extra chance for
corroding or modifying `the method of a�seasment,

front footage is 216' instead of 225' for'which he was charged, and that an
'error of �A 41 was made on his bill in figuring the acreageo Mn Pearson

Mr. Reeser stated that he had been asked by several people in
District if fi be possible: to have the City Attorney draw up a statement
whereby they could close the end of the'sewer trunk line to future develop-.

were subdivided, that the trunk line would riot be large enough to carry

asked that; this matter be brought before the Council after the hearing had been

Cherry Valley Sewer District; City Engineer. Russell Ingram stated that the
engineering costs for the project were `based on Ae S, C. E..* design, etc., and
that he felt these costs were quite in order
