Council as to what, they felt should ;be done about 'the Vonsen lot He stated
that he' believed the City should lease the lot for public parking' and `install
meters o it.
City Manager Ed Frank informed the Council that the Vonsen Estate
Trustees had re' -,quested that the l.ot lie closed to free and that
,
this had been attempted` but complaints had :been, received after the .lot had
been closed off'.
After discussion of the subject, the City Manager was directed: to
obtain further information, to be presented to the Council. at the next meet'
Mre Frank :reminded the Council that, the ;lease , on.the .North Main '
Street parking lot was - about to run out"

Due to the low trade -in allowance offered on the old ambulance,
Councilman Matzen, that; the City keep it-for use in an emergency -
however, Fire Chief Ra;glin stated that the vehicle was actually unsafe to used'
Councilman King called the Council's attention, to the fact that .
Mr., George Pe'rry had been billed for 75 outside sewer units for his trahiIor

court, 'and that there are onl ,y three of these units in use at the present time

property Owners on ' "B "' St,, Fair ;St., and Howard Sto„ who would be affected
by the street improvement on, these streets;, to come m an open meeting at
'`which the. Council wish. es to explain what would be accomplished if, the work
is, to be done;. what the City would,'take:, care of, what part of the work the
N operty owners would take care of
