Re Services to College Site As he read the proposedresolution on this matter„ Councilman. King felt that the City be obliged to furnish fire and police protection to the college whether or not they annexed to the . "city. , . Following 'discussion . re.lative to whether. or not the City -cou° d guarantee * these services if the, college site `was not annexed, the City - Attorney ' was di.rected to rewrite the resolution, :stating merely that the City, declares its willingness - to a:ccept the annexation of the *se1ected site concurrent.IV therewith furnish. a_ll of the City services, such as, Police and Fire protection.'
