The Clerk read the Mayor's call f6r meetin,0,', the

The Clerk reported the f ildiig of the' Notice to Bidders
and Plms and Specifications for said repairs,,
Donald Baird,, Director of Public Works., explained the
situation existing and work needed for the emergency repairs.
Discu ' )ssion of the matter by City Attorney, Karl Brooks, City
Edward Frank,, and the members of the Council determined
to call for bids for the approxi seventy-five feet of repairs
and to continue further study of additional work needed,, secure
costs on the same and call for future bJ.ds,, -
Mayor Myers left the meeting at this time,,
